Aim of the Workshop
The 5th Workshop SPECIFIC METHODS FOR FOOD SAFETY AND QUALITY is organized as the satelite event to the 13th International Conference on Fundamental and Applied Aspects of Physical Chemistry „PHYSICAL CHEMISTRY 2016“ and supported by COST Action MP 1302 (Nanospectroscopy). The aim of the event is to bring together scientists from all domains of food quality control in order to exchange their expertise, to improve scientific co-operation and to introduce the specific methods for food quality control.
