Contributed papers
The papers will be divided into oral presentation and posters. The Scientific Committee option of deciding on the presentation form, based on the number/type of contributions, but will try to take into account the author’s expressed preference.

Paper preparation
The papers should be submitted electronically by e-mail (food_vin@vinca.rs) before July 31, 2016. The authors are limited to no more than three contributions. Invited lectures will be printed in full-lenght (up to eight pages) and the papers of other participants in strict four-pages.

Duration of presentations

Section lectures:	35 minutes (30 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion)
Oral presentation:	15 minutes (10 minutes presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion)
Posters:	60 minutes. Poster dimension sholud be 80 cm wide and 100 cm high

Language
The official language of the Conference will be English.

Publications
All abstracts at the Workshop will be published in the WORKSHOP PROCEEDINGS.
